New Tenants
Here at RM Properties & Rental Management, Inc. we are dedicated to helping people find a house they can truly call Home. We take great pride in building a personalized relationship with each and every one of our tenants.
Application Fees: There is a one time fee of $39.95 per adult for an application fee. This fee must be paid at the time of filling out your application through RentApp. and is Non Refundable. RM Properties and Rental Management, Inc. completes a background screening, credit report, past eviction records, verifies past rental history to name a few. We look forward to processing your application in a timely manor and helping you move into a home that suits your needs. There is also a $50 lease preparation fee that is due at move in.
Security Deposits: We will require the good faith deposit to be collected to hold a property off the market. In the event the application is approved and applicant fails to enter into a lease, the applicant shall forfeit this deposit. In the event the application is approved, this deposit shall be applied to the required security deposit. If the applicant is not approved to enter the lease agreement the Good Faith Deposit will be fully refundable.
Pet Fees: There is a $300 pet fee, (per pet) with the approval of having a pet in the home. This is a one time fee and is non-refundable.
Renters Insurance: All tenants are also required to obtain renters insurance naming the Property Owner as an additional insured.
At the time of move in RM Properties & Rental management, Inc. requires the first months rent, security deposit, lease prep fees, and pet fees if applicable, to be paid if full and provide a copy of the insurance declaration page to receive the keys to the property..

Need to make a payment???
To help avoid getting any notices from the Home Owners Associations, please be sure your lawn, including the bushes are trimmed regularly, and be sure that you are not parking in the streets or in your yard. This will help to prevent those violation letters from passed along to you. If you need some help with lawn care, please feel free to call the company of your choice, or we can provide referrals upon request.
Sometimes things happen and maybe you need a plumber, or a general maintenance man due to an issue with something minor and you, as the tenant, need to have something fixed. Below are a couple suggestions should you need help with a repair.
